Leadership and advocacy
As an autistic person, I’m passionate about creating workplaces where people like me aren’t just able to get in the door, but also thrive and building meaningful careers. I’m proud to be the founder and Co-Chair of Infinity, the Government of Canada’s network for neurodivergent federal public servants.
Infinity organizes various activities to support neurodivergent public servants including online communities, a virtual resource library, and various social and networking events for members.
Since its founding in February 2023, Infinity has grown to over 2,000 members and has become one of the largest neurodiversity networks in Canada and globally.

Public speaking
I’m a recognized public speaker through the Federal Speakers’ Forum for Lived Experience, where I deliver presentations to workplaces across Canada’s federal government and beyond on neurodiversity in the workplace.
Drawing from my lived experience as an autistic person and current research / best practices, I work to make my presentations informative, engaging, and tailored to the specific needs of organizations I deliver them to. I receive consistently positive feedback for my presentations from organizations I have worked with.
I’ve delivered presentations to over 30 federal organizations to more than 4,000 participants. Some organizations I have spoken at include:
- Canada Revenue Agency
- Canada School of Public Service
- Canadian Radio-Telecommunications Commission
- Department of Justice Canada
- Health Canada
- Natural Resources Canada
- Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
- Public Services and Procurement Canada

- Transport Canada
- Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat

Teaching
I developed and taught the first-ever graduate-level course on privacy management in the Canadian public sector as a Contract Instructor at Carleton University’s School of Public Policy and Administration during the Winter 2024 semester.
I chose course readings and topics, developed assignments, created lesson plans and content for each week, and provided support to my students to help them better understand the ins and outs of managing privacy in the Canadian federal public sector.
